We use breath\, movement and mindful touch to feel the unity of love and satisfaction. Psychodrama\, imagery and role plays are helping us to explore the sexual and heart energy from our ancestors and our inner triangle (father\, mother\, child) which becomes a template for future relationships. When these diaphragms are released\, they begin to shift spontaneously\, rhythmically and freely interact with one another creating warmth and wellbeing. \nExtending and Deepening your Knowledge and Skills \n \nTo deepen your knowledge base\, many state of the art topics will be incorporated including overview and application of somatic methods\, body language in action\, advanced strategies for addressing developmental/ maturational needs\, and unification/integration of polarities. We also will introduce advanced sessions for working with the core while strengthening the “pilot ego” thereby uncovering one’s life purpose. \nEmpowering the Practitioner \n \nWe will work with the physical aspects and the energy/consciousness of the pelvis expressed through the pelvic floor and the sexual organs and learn to open layers of tissue and feelings while developing healthy boundaries. The last stages of Jack Painter’s “Energetic cycle” (excited breath\, orgastic breath\, ecstatic breath\, etc.) that relates to the tissue work around the deep core will also be explored. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorking with Stubborn Defences \n \nIn order to touch the armored core\, we need to recognize how the body organizes its defences and how it forms character patterns of restricted breath\, muscular contraction and habitual movement\, as well as incomplete emotion and thought. To handle the shocks\, traumas and all the continuing demands of our lives\, we use characteristic attitudes and habits to try to hold ourselves together\, hold on to what we can\, hold ourselves up\, hold ourselves deep inside or hold ourselves back. By working with our breath and touching the deepest layers of our tissue\, advanced practitioners help their clients learn where and how their persistent character armor defends the core and how to let it go. In this advanced training we will cover topics such as relationships are regulators\, the social engagement system\, the inhibition of action syndrome\, the PTSD paradigm\, the inflammation paradigm\, predisease pathways\, etc. \nTouching the Core \n \nIn the deep work with the core the advanced practitioner follows the basic segments or diaphragms of body balance which include the fontanelles\, the floor and ceiling of the mouth\, the thoracic inlet and first rib\, the breathing diaphragm\, the pelvis and pelvic floor. Some of the deepest work with the core includes release of the core tissues of the pelvis\, which holds many of our strongest feelings and attitudes. A thorough understanding of working with developmental and maturational needs is also included. Working with the structures of the core the advanced student learns to help the client open layers of tissue and feelings in a safe and respectful way beyond the initial 10 sessions of the Postural Integration Model. Advanced techniques and strategies will be taught to help the client clear away old frustrations and pain\, to connect with self and others and ultimately connect at a deep and intimate level of love\, joy and fulfilment. \nFinding Harmony and Integration \n \nUsing the advanced somatic methods\, you will learn new ways of helping your clients release their deepest armoring. Questo modello di ricerca di felicità e gioia a breve termine spesso porta a ricadere di nuovo in una inaspettata frustrazione e nel dolore. Possiamo essere affascinati e travolti dal mistero del sesso opposto. Ma una volta che percepiamo profondamente sia il maschile che femminile già dentro di noi e poi lasciamo che queste parti di noi interagiscano tra loro\, possiamo trovare il nostro modo di raggiungere una eccitazione sostenibile\, profondo amore e persino estasi. La nostra sessualità allora scaturisce dal mistero meraviglioso dentro di noi e ci guida nel nostro rapporto con gli altri. \nIn questo workshop scopriremo come i nostri specifici modelli respiratori\, cognitivi\, emozionali\, e la nostra armatura corporea blocchino il libero flusso della nostra forza vitale ed inibiscano la nostra capacità di piacere sensuale e di abbandono orgasmico. Usiamo il respiro\, movimento e contatto consapevole per sentire l’unità di amore ed appagamento. Psicodramma\, visualizzazioni e role playing ci aiuteranno ad esplorare l’energia sessuale e di cuore proveniente dai nostri antenati e il nostro triangolo interno (padre\, madre\, figlio) che diventa un modello per i rapporti futuri. Sperimentare la presenza spirituale dei nostri antenati è potente e ci aiuta a guarire vecchie ferite perpetuatesi attraverso le generazioni. La \nIntegrazione Cuore-Pelvi è utile e di sostegno nel creare una nuova ondata di consapevolezza in tutti noi. Integrazione Cuore-Pelvi esplora insieme a te i modelli inconsci sottostanti alla armatura corporea emozionale e respiratoria\, così come i modelli abituali di protezione e difesa\, che sono stati appresi nel Triangolo Padre / Madre / Bambino e che determinano le tue relazioni nel qui e ora. Role playing\, Visualizzazione\, Dialogo Corporeo\, tecniche di contatto\, espressione e movimento\, così come gli scambi nel gruppo\, ti accompagneranno in questo processo. Lavorare con i nostri antenati e la loro forza spirituale ti sosterrà nel portare vecchie ferite\, trasmesse attraverso le generazioni\, verso un movimento di guarigione. This pattern of finding a short lived happiness and joy often leads to a plunging again into unforeseen frustration and heartbreak. We can first become intrigued and then often times overwhelmed by the mystery of the opposite sex. Yet when we really feel both\, the masculine and feminine sides within us and then letting these parts of us interact with each other… we can find our way to a sustainable excitement\, deep love and even ecstasy. Our sexuality then comes from the wonderful mystery from within and guides us in our relationship with the self and ultimately our relationships with others. \nIn this workshop we will introduce Pelvic-Heart Integration and discover how our characteristic breathing patterns\, thoughts\, emotions\, and body armor block the free flow of our life force and inhibit our capacity for sensual pleasure and orgasmic release. We use breath\, movement and mindful touch to feel the unity of love and satisfaction. Psychodrama\, imagery and role plays enables us to explore the sexual and heart energy from our ancestors and our inner triangle (father\, mother\, child)\, which becomes a template for future relationships. Experiencing the spiritual presence of our ancestors is powerful and helps us to heal old wounds carried on through generations. Pelvic-Heart Integration is very helpful and supportive in creating a new wave of consciousness and body mind awareness within us all. \nSeminar Leaders: \nDirk Marivoet\, PT\, PMT\, ECP (B): Certified Trainer for Pelvic-Heart Integration. Dirk is registered Psychotherapist. He makes his home in Belgium where he lives with his family and runs his private practice and institute. Dirk studied Psychomotor Therapy & Physical Therapy at the University of Leuven. There he was a staff member in Psychiatry for many years. He studied with Jack W. Painter from the mid 1980s and is a certified trainer for Pelvic-Heart Integration\, Energetic Integration and Postural Integration. Over the years Jack and Dirk collaborated on lots of projects and offered many trainings together. He is the currently the acting Secretariat for ICPIT in addition to setting policy and maintaining international presence for the organisation. Dirk enjoys his quiet times out in nature\, alone\, with friends and family\, and whenever time allows it\, he does one or the other small or larger indigenous ceremony.  \nElisabeth Renner (A): \nCertified Trainer for Pelvic-Heart Integration \nElisabeth Renner is a Clinical Psychologist\, Psychotherapist and Body Psychotherapist living in Graz\, Austria. She graduated from University of Vienna where she did her post graduate clinical work and later studied with Jack Painter for more than 10 years. Together they hosted many trainings through out Austria\, Germany and Italy. She is a certified trainer in all three (Bodymind Methods); Postural Integration\, Energetic Integration and Pelvic-Heart Integration.
