Pelvic-Heart Integration® is seen as a valuable contribution to mankind, to be preserved and shared with the world. We continue to gather, archive, preserve, consolidate, publish and teach the legacy of the Founder of Pelvic-Heart Integration, Dr. Jack Painter.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property (or “IP”) is a category of property that includes intangible creations of the human intellect, and primarily encompasses copyrights, patents, and trademarks. It also includes other types of rights, such as publicity rights, moral rights, rights against unfair competition and trade secrets. We declare to be the sole owner of the “Intellectual Property Rights” of Dr. Jack Painter’s works, methods, teachings & trainings.

  • We own the Trademarks/Service Marks

Pelvic Heart Integration® (PHI) is a registered service marks. Trainings, Teachings, Workshops and Individual or Group Sessions in any of the mentioned methods can only be conducted by CERTIFIED PRACTITIONERS, Master-Practitioners and Trainers. PHI can be practiced after having obtained a Certificate in compliance with the Trademarks, Service Marks and Copyright Policy. The aforementioned name Pelvic Heart / Pelvic-Heart Integration® may not be used without our expressed written permission. We may, in our sole discretion, authorize use of the Pelvic-Heart Integration® mark by other organizations or persons, such as affiliate organizations and chapters if deemed necessary.

  • Agreement

Any person or organization using a service mark or copyrighted material is deemed to have agreed to comply with the Trademarks, Service Marks and Copyright Policy. To obtain information or a copy of this policy, please contact the secretariat.
